I was watching a news clip about ethics in primary schools because I was interested in the implications for our Scripture in Schools program, when I heard this quote. The clip's about ethics in schools along side/ replacing scripture lessons, which apparently involves teaching kids about the merits or otherwise of lying. Then the politician during the meet the press segment of the news report says "I was always taught to lie by my parents." (
