I just got back from the Ridley Ordinands Camp on Phillip Island and was thinking about some of the things our main speaker, Peter Smith had said. He mentioned that as a minister there's probably some truth to all negative feedback, so take some time to reflect on how you can learn from negative feedback. However, what if you get contradictory negative feedback?
I think the real answer should be listen to all negative feedback and reflect on whatever it is that caused the negative feedback but don't necessarily change something. The real benefit of negative feedback is the act of forcing yourself to reflect clearly on whatever it is that caused the problem/reaction.
